Venice Beach Project
For this ground-up residential build in Venice Beach, we partnered with a developer to create a modern interior featuring premium hardwood imported from Listone Giordano, a renowned Italian flooring manufacturer. We installed the hardwood throughout the home, complemented by seamless baseboard detailing for a clean, contemporary finish.
We also crafted a custom staircase designed to integrate seamlessly with the glass railing, carrying the home’s minimalist aesthetic between floors. Every detail was thoughtfully executed to highlight the natural beauty of the wood while maintaining the architectural vision.
Sailview Project
For this Newport Coast project, we elevated a beautiful modern luxury home with hardwood flooring imported from Spain. We installed intricate herringbone patterns in multiple areas, adding depth, character, and a distinctive European elegance. The warmth of the hardwood complements the home’s clean architectural lines, creating a refined balance of modern design and timeless craftsmanship.
Newport Coast Project
For this Newport Coast project, we completely gutted and transformed the home, rebuilding it from the studs into a beautifully finished residence. The renovation included custom inset cabinetry, selective reframing, entirely new bathrooms, flooring, and lighting, along with a new fireplace, staircase, and railing. We also created a custom bar and installed all new windows and doors. Every detail was thoughtfully coordinated to create a cohesive design, pairing modern elegance with timeless craftsmanship.
Balboa Island Project
For this charming Balboa Island project, we completely gutted, redesigned, and remodeled an abandoned beach cottage into a welcoming coastal retreat. We restructured the interior and installed a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and a cantina door to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. A new patio and exterior siding completed the transformation, bringing fresh life to the home while preserving the charm of a classic Balboa Island cottage.
